Do Not Fly Internationally

This is an alert for noncitizens who may have an international travel permit granted by US Citizenship & Immigration Services. These permits are known as Advance Parole.
There are numerous reports that Customs & Border Patrol agents are denying entry into the United States based on formal and informal Presidential and agency declarations. CBP officers have power over who they let into the country because the law does not apply until after a person has set foot inside this country. At the airport, a CBP officer can deny any noncitizen entry for any reason or no reason at all.
Blandon Law is advising noncitizens with Advance Parole travel permits to remain inside the United States. Stay with your family and grow your relationships in this country. Do NOT travel internationally until further notice.
