I hired an attorney in order to apply for an extension of my B2 status. At the time I provided him with all the supporting documents he requested. Some months later, my husband came to the US and happened to need the advice of an immigration attorney, consequently I suggested him to visit the attorney who had filed my application. I would like to thank Ms. Blandon and her team for working on my case very diligently and making it successful. In my case, my USC husband was here in the US and I was in India during the entire process. It was even more challenging to get through the USCIS process and then the Department of State process. It took almost a year from the date of first application submission to USCIS to the date I went through my visa interview at a US consulate in India.
Blandon Law were on the top of their game and had clearly explained to my husband at the very beginning how long the process may take. I called up Ms. Blandon’s office 15 days before my interview at the US consulate in India, so that they could prepare me for the interview at the consulate.
